Mr Galeba, the founder and Associate General of ZG Africa Advocates holds an MBA degree in Corporate Management from Mzumbe University. This is after he had graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam where he obtained his first degree in law. Mr. Galeba also has attended many other courses in various areas including an Intensive Development Lawyers Course in Italy.
In December 2000 he was admitted to the Tanzanian Bar as a registered Notary Public and advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. With over 17 years’ experience he has practiced in various areas including Business Incorporations and Registrations and other services including Company Secretarial services. In this regard, he serves as company secretary for Key and Large companies. He has also handled Land acquisitions and transfers and he has been a legal consultant in the areas of commerce, real estate and contract management. He is an expert in regulatory and commercial laws and procedures and has been representing clients in Courts and other tribunals including the Fair Competition Tribunal for matters relating to fair competition.
He is an active member of the Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators, the East African Law Society and also the Tanganyika Law Society (TLS); in the TLS setting, he has served as Council Member and he is currently a member who represents the Bar Association to the Advocates Committee, a Disciplinary and Regulatory Body for all advocates in Tanzania.
